RestoKrete™ Substrate Resurfacer No. F-121 is a single component, high strength, rapid set Portland-based cementitous mortar for repairing, resurfacing and waterproofing wastewater infrastructure. This material will restore structural integrity and prevent water infiltration into concrete and brick structures. No. F-121 is formulated so that is trowel or straight-shot spray applied. Thicknesses may range from 1/8” minimum (125 mils) to a thickness of greater than one inch (500 mils).
Underlayment No. F-120 is a fast setting, high early-strength rehabilitation material. It is composed of a Calcium Aluminate blend with Portland cement. Applied by gunite, trowel or cast-in-place, its benefit is a quick cure devoid of out-gassing, which permits a topcoat of SewerGard® after five hours. Material selection is made to accommodate depth and extent of substrate repair, contractor’s equipment and access to job site. Thickness of application may range from 1/8” to several inches.
Underlayment No. F-120FS (Fast-Set) is a quick setting version of the original No. F-120, high early-strength rehabilitation material. It is composed of a Calcium Aluminate blend with Portland cement. Applied by trowel or cast-in-place, its benefit is a very, very quick cure. No. F-120FS is ideal for rebuilding deteriorated or missing manhole benches and inverts.
Epoxy Filler Compound No. 209 is an epoxy formulation specifically designed to fill voids, irregularities and air pockets in concrete. The filler compound provides a smooth service for the application of the SewerGard® lining and coatings. No. 209 is suitable for application over damp or dry concrete surfaces and is easy to apply. It also has a quick dry time for high production rates.
Epoxy Filler Compound No. 209FS (Fast Set) is a quick-setting formulation of the original No. 209 for filling voids, irregularities and air pockets in concrete. Initial set in one-hour at 70°F and may be top coated with a SewerGard® lining after only one hour.
Epoxy Filler Compound No. 209HB (Hi-Build) is an epoxy material specifically designed to refinish large surfaces and open joints within concrete. No. 209HB provides a smooth finish and appropriate bonding surface for SewerGard® epoxy lining systems. The High Build version is formulated to fill large voids, minimize sagging and permit thick application where necessary.
RestoKrete™ Epoxy Mortar No. 208 is an epoxy-based mortar repair material where structural integrity needs to be restored. The No. 208 is used specifically for resurfacing applications requiring a heavier material thickness with tenacious bonding properties. This mortar is highly recommended in structures located above grade and exposed to climate during installation and cure. This material may be pumped, straight-shot or trowel applied. It also acts as a waterproofing barrier for the prevention of inflow and infiltration in concrete or brick substrates.
